Providence is calling a Human Resources Manager.
We're seeking an individual who performs all duties in a manner that promotes teamwork and reflects the Mission and Philosophy of our founders, the Sisters of Providence.
Position Specifics.
This position is located at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, WA. 1.0, Days. Department: Human Resources Location: Colby & Pacific Campus. Job Summary: The position reports to the VP of HR for the Service Area and must establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels in the Service Area, as well as Regional Services, the System Office, Health System staff, vendors, agents, employment applicants and others. This position will have an Acute Care focus and generally will have an operationally diverse client organization of 700 or more employees in nursing services, allied health, support and administrative services. REQUIREMENTS
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree is required, with Masters Degree preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
Experience:
Seven (7) years Human Resources and Labor Relations experience in positions responsible for complex decision-making in Human Resources required, preferably in a healthcare setting, supervisory or previous leadership experience preferred.
