UnitedHealth Group has submitted a proposal in response to the TriCare Managed Care Support Contract Solicitation (also known as the "T-3 Solicitation"). TriCare is the health care program serving active duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, retirees, their families, survivors and certain former spouses.

Position Description:
Provides Citrix Architecture and Farm Administration, along with Active Directory design for a secure, isolated environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design a secure, isolated XenApp 4.5/5.0 environment
- Application testing in XenApp 4.5/5.0
- Perform incident and problem resolution
- Troubleshoot network issues that impact Citrix performance over LAN and WAN
- Administer, monitor, and manage all aspects of the Citrix environment including XenApp as well as all supporting Citrix infrastructure including Web Interface, Citrix Secure Gateway, Netscaler, etc.
- Monitor performance and operations of applications in a Windows 2003/2008 Presentation Server/XenApp environment using various tools, including EdgeSight & HP OpenView
Qualifications Qualifications:
- 2+ years Citrix Presentation Server/Xen App 4.5 or 5.0
- 3+ years Server 2003/2008 experience
- 2+ years TCP/IP (VPN, network, etc.)
Assets:
- Support of Department of Defense compliant environment
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Experience supporting call center users
- Support of Healthcare Industry
- Post-graduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience
