• Assist customizing RedPrairie application software written in the C, PL/SQL, Visual Basic and/or Uniface language and using the Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server relational database to match any changes required by the customer
• Assist in system testing of inventory control application software
• Create user documentation for developed programs
• Follow all company guidelines and standards when developing, testing and documenting application programs
• Work directly with the Practice Leader and other practices team members to achieve process improvement opportunities. This may include document reworking, website development, training & testing materials

• Enroll in a qualified post-secondary educational degree program
• Relevant experience in software solutions and life cycle
• Minimum six months software development experience or college coursework (at least one semester) in the following:
• Relational Database (ORACLE preferred)
• 4GLs (PowerBuilder, Uniface,) or 3GLs (C, C++)
• Strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Ability to work alone as well as in team/cooperative development efforts
