This position would negotiate field contracts that are cost effective, easy to understand and administer and that support the future direction of the business,
primarily for Wingfoot Commercial Systems, LLC., retail, and Mileage
locations that are unionized.


Provide direction and support for all field contracts and work with
local management to provide support and development so that they can
successfully manage in a unionized environment.
