Cost Estimator/Systems Analyst/Operations Research Analyst for space aircraft, missiles, information technology, and/or operations and support programs. These professionals must comply with the following knowledge and experience. Must have 0-7 or more years of progressive cost analysis experience. Must have experience in cost analysis principles and concepts including, but not limited to weapon systems or IT cost estimation, learning curve, applied statistics, cost uncertainty analysis, budget analysis, economic analysis, etc. Must have experience in using most available cost modeling tools including, but not limited to: ACEIT, Crystal Ball, SEER-SEM, COCOMO II, SLIM, CO$TAT, PRICE H, PRICE-S.
