Hill Country Restaurants, Inc. is now accepting applications for a management position in the San Antonio, Texas area. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager in the food service industry that wants to make a change and work for an established, family owned restaurant chain.
With Award Winning menu items made fresh from scratch daily, we need someone that has kitchen knowledge and experience. We are a casual full service restaurant and bar so experience in those areas is certainly a plus.
The qualified applicant will work under the direction of the General Manager and assume the leadership role when the GM is off. Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising and assisting front and back of the house staff, maintaining a high level of customer service and food quality, purchasing, scheduling, payroll, handle and secure money, and use of basic accounting skills.
