The Sales & Service Representative enhances the customer experience through the identification of the customers’ needs and opportunities, and then satisfying those needs while exceeding their expectations leading to the Ultimate Customer Experience. Agents working on this program will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls to sell food packages, programs, and other nutritional products all from the comfort of your home.
You will generate sales by providing superior customer service, utilize optimal listening and persuasive skills to identify needs, seek solutions and motivate customers to optimize results.
Meet or exceed all performance benchmarks and there is NO COLD CALLING!
Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will have high energy and enthusiasm with a proven persuasive ability.
Entry- level Sales candidates may apply!
Minimum of high school diploma, some college experience preferred
1 year experience of sales, telesales experience a plus!
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others
Ability to conduct inbound sales phone calls to meet and exceed sales goals
Ability to work full time and a weekend shift every week
Be courteous, helpful, energetic, respectful and polite when dealing with co-workers, clients, and prospective clients
Flexibility to work additional hours during peak season (Jan-Apr.), including days, weeknights, and weekends particularly during advertising campaigns such as QVC shows, TV and radio commercials, and print marketing
Pay:
Production will be $8.00 per hour + performance incentives!!!
SHIFT INFORMATION:
Shifts (In Colorado Mountain Time): CCP's will be scheduled up to 40 hours per week with a 30 minute lunch. 40 hours per week is not a guarantee however CCP's should expect 35 or more hours per week.
Drug Screen, Background Check and Credit Check:
** All agents will be required to pass a background check as well as a credit check. The job offer with Alpine Access (www.alpineaccess.com) may be rescinded if any background check or credit check results are failed. The flat fee of $45 for the background check is payable by credit or debit card through a secure, web-based system and is the applicant's responsibility.
