A major New York-based Healthplan is looking for an energetic, flexible Field Trainer to work in all 5 boroughs and New Jersey. In this position you will design, develop and deliver training programs to field-based Marketing Representatives, including new hire and ongoing development. You will observe and assess sales presentations and activities in order to provide appropriate training interventions for these Reps. In addition, you will collaborate with our training team on in-house training activities.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following qualifications: 2-3 years training experience, preferably in a sales/marketing environment; strong time management skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; B.A. degree is preferred. (Please note – this is an ideal position for an individual who has some, but not extensive, experience in the training discipline.)
