IT Architecture Analyst - Moline, IL
Position Description:
Positions in this function are involved in the development, communication and implementation of the organization's technology architecture and applications plan, including the components required to support it and in the integration of corporate and business architectures and applications.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating, administering and supporting activities related to data planning, data recovery and development and related projects. Includes all types of IT business architects as well as IT technical architects.

- 5 or more years - experience of IT from development to architecture
- 5 or more years - experience with enterprise data architecture and proficiency in developing conceptual , logical and physical data models ( i.e., Visio, Rational Rose, etc.)
- 5 or more years - solid working knowledge of various software and infrastructure components (JAVA, UNIX, Sybase, IBM mainframe)
- 2 years - project management experience
- Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
- Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
- Healthcare industry experience, preferred
- Experience working in a Team Lead role, preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, preferred.
