Restaurant Manager

We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager who has strong organizational, team building and leadership skills to help run our iconic location on the Santa Monica Pier, as well as our fabulous location in Long Beach at the Pike at Rainbow Harbor!
Job Responsibilities include:

Driving Sales every day

Motivating the staff

Cash handleing and scheduling

Developing people and creating challenges for them

Running a strong shift in a team-focused environment

Ordering, inventories, hiring, terminations, performance reviews

Working knowledge of P&L Job Requirements:
-
At least 2-years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a comparable environment ( $5 - $7 million in annual sales)

You must have strong organizational and leadership skills

You must love to have fun at work!
