Telesales Rep - Inside Sales



Blackstone Technology Group, a full service staffing and consulting company established in 1998, is currently looking for qualified consultants with one of our clients.

Title: Telesales Rep (Inside Sales)

Duration: Full Time, Direct Hire

Location: San Francisco, CA

Start Date: ASAP

As a New Business Development Representative you will be based in the downtown San Francisco offices. The team serves as the primary contact for incoming phone calls, web leads and emails from prospective clients. Your ability to learn the industry and products quickly will enable you to educate prospects on our solutions via question and answer discussions and web demos. In addition to responding to incoming queries, you will also conduct outbound prospecting by creating targeted campaigns to identify and develop leads. Your outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and professional, persuasive phone manner will enable you to call companies to determine the appropriate individual contact at each company and secure an appointment for the sales executive. Sales is a numbers game, so consistent effort and persistence will be key success drivers. Strong time management and organizational skills will also be important factors. Proving yourself in this role can lead to a promotion into outside sales, translating into even greater professional and financial rewards.

This is a great opportunity for a tech savvy junior-level candidate to break into B2B software sales with an award-winning organization. As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary goal will be qualifying and passing sales leads to the district sales managers based on your assigned territory. Successful candidates will enjoy the potential for significant bonuses on top of a competitive base salary and a long-term career track into outside sales.
