The Incredible Pizza Company is A ‘leading edge’ family entertainment concept that merges 1950’s family values with excellent food and tremendous fun, games, and rides for all ages. We feature an Incredible ‘all you can eat’ buffet with over 16 types of pizza, over 100 salad and pasta selections, and top it off with ice cream, apple and cherry pie, and chocolate-chip, oatmeal, and peanut butter cookies.

We were named ‘Top Entertainment Center of the World’ awarded by IAAPA(International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions) in 2004.

We are scheduled to open 41 corporate and franchised locations in MO, OK, TX, IND, ARK, FLA, NEB, AZ, COL, KS, LA, OH. Our units range from 25,000 square feet to over 100,000 square feet and we need friendly, outgoing, self motivated individuals who are up to the challenge!

• Maintain all games and equipment including debit card and point of sale systems.
• Move equipment and supplies as needed from facilities to facilities.
• Work with the Vice President of Operations Manager to hire and train Game Room technicians for existing and new locations.

• Oversee all go kart operations consistently to ensure they are meeting our high AIPC operational standards; Go Karts is our signature attraction and requires a well trained, organized staff to keep it safe and fun for our guests
• Ensure that all our games and attractions are working properly; work with the Fairgrounds Tech to guarantee that we keep all our games in 100% operational condition and that preventative maintenance is being completed per AIPC game “PM” standards on a daily basis; ensure that all games and attractions are kept neat and clean at all times
• Ensure that the kids play areas (Tiny Town) are clean and safe for our young guests.
• Ensure that all fairgrounds management understands how to use the AIPC ICS/POS/RCM computer system, and maximize the use of the entire system.
• Ensure that the bowling center in the fairgrounds (in the facilities that has this attraction) is operating efficiently and staff with experienced technicians.
• Work with attractions supervisors and crew leaders to ensure that all our attractions are working properly, clean, stocked and most importantly safe; ensure that attraction employees are following the safety and operational guidelines for each attraction position
• Control, monitor, and assure that all game room ticket payout are within the AIPC standards.
• AIPC Facilities have the proper inventory levels for game, go karts, and bowling parts.
• All cleaning supplies are approved products and inventoried properly.
• Work with IT department on maintaining the debit card inventory.
• Assist in writing training for all job description in our game room personnel.
• Have a working technical knowledge of all the equipment games, attraction, and support related equipment.

• Evaluate and reset game rooms quarterly to maximize game revenues and overall game room appearance.
• Maintain the lighting and sound within the game room of AIPC facilities.
• This position requires extensive travel to all AIPC locations.
