MAINTENANCE WORKER LAUREL HIGHLANDS FOUNDATION, INC., A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT SUPPORTS PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, IS CURRENTLY SEEKING A QUALIFIED MAINTENANCE WORKER TO PERFORM WORK IN THIRTY PLUS GROUP HOMES THAT ARE LOCATED IN FAYETTE, WESTMORELAND AND ALLEGHENY COUNTIES. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM GENERAL HOME MAINTENANCE INCLUDING SOME PLUMBING, HEATING AND LIGHT ELECTRICAL WORK. ABILITY TO DO GENERAL HOME REMODELING AND MAINTENANCE A MUST. CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO PLOW SNOW IN THE WINTER AND CUT GRASS IN THE SUMMER. TRAVEL TO THE MT. PLEASANT AREA TO THE MAINTENANCE BUILDING REQUIRED. TRAVELING TO THE DIFFERENT HOME LOCATIONS IS DONE IN A WORK TRUCK. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA, A VALID PA DRIVER'S LICENSE AND A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
