The Technical Sr. Application Analyst primary responsibilities are to perform Web development, database administration, and e-learning application development to support the Department of Customer Service. This position also supports the hardware and software used for the Clinical Information Systems Training and Service Desk support. Secondary responsibilities are to organize, prepare, and conduct complex training and educational programs for VCUHS customers (this responsibility occurs when implementations or staffing warrant).

Minimum of 3 years advanced experience with HTML, ASP, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, Visual Basic
Intermediate Experience with Adobe Flash or Adobe Captivate, Windows 2003, IIS, and the full software development lifecycle experience (SDLC)
Service Desk experience and/or experience working in a healthcare setting, Graphic Design experience, experience with CA Service Desk 6.0 or r11.2, a general understanding of LMS and SCORM integration, a general understanding of Change Management, and a general understanding of Project Management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
