Full Job Description:

• Support Enterprise Architecture program

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.

• Conducts market analysis / research for specific technologies that are being considered as potential solutions.

• Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.

• Analyzes business requirements and designs business process management system implementations including the definition of workflows, roles, and data flow

• Defines the operational view as part of system design process

• Develop Business Requirements Document and other associated ITIM/SDLC deliverables

• Lead in applicable phases of systems development process involving changes to existing and/or new applications.

• Defines the operational view as part of system design process

• Reports to Enterprise Architect

Skills & Experience Requirement:

• 3+ years experience with Business Process Modeling / Re-engineering

• 3+ years experience with Business Process Management System implementations

• Experience with UML, BPMN, xBML

• Experience with research on evaluation of clinical data systems, biospecimen repository systems, clinical data standards, and e-patient records a plus

• Demonstrated experience in functional analysis, design and support

• Knowledge and understanding of project management methods, tools, CPIC and SDLC

• Knowledge and competency in the use of business analysis techniques and methods e.g. Use Case Analysis, UML

• Bio-informatics and/or Health Care IT experience a plus

• NIH experience a plus

• US Citizenship or Green Card required

• No Clearance required, but must be able to pass a full background check
