Full Job Description:

Support Enterprise Architecture program

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.

Conducts market analysis / research for specific technologies that are being considered as potential solutions.

Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.

Analyzes business requirements and designs business process management system implementations including the definition of workflows, roles, and data flow

Defines the operational view as part of system design process

Develop Business Requirements Document and other associated ITIM/SDLC deliverables

Lead in applicable phases of systems development process involving changes to existing and/or new applications.

Defines the operational view as part of system design process

Reports to Enterprise Architect

Skills & Experience Requirement:

3+ years experience with Business Process Modeling / Re-engineering

3+ years experience with Business Process Management System implementations

Experience with UML, BPMN, xBML

Experience with research on evaluation of clinical data systems, biospecimen repository systems, clinical data standards, and e-patient records a plus

Demonstrated experience in functional analysis, design and support

Knowledge and understanding of project management methods, tools, CPIC and SDLC

Knowledge and competency in the use of business analysis techniques and methods e.g. Use Case Analysis, UML

Bio-informatics and/or Health Care IT experience a plus

NIH experience a plus

US Citizenship or Green Card required

No Clearance required, but must be able to pass a full background check
