and personal independence, is seeking the following leadership positions:

RN Director of Nursing Services

Director of Discharge Planning & Social Work

Candidates will demonstrate high levels of clinical competencies, team building, and a desire to work in a high volume, fast paced transitional and long term care environment.

Candidates also must show leadership qualities and want to provide the best service possible.

The Director of Nursing candidates must have a current active Virginia State RN license and at least 3 years of clinical management and leadership experience, preferably in long-term care.

The Admissions Director candidates must have experience in healthcare management, marketing, and public relations. College degree is preferred.

The Director of Discharge Planning & Social Work must have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a healthcare setting working directly with individuals and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or in a Human Services field.
