In this capacity the Project Coordinator will be charged with developing, maintaining and disseminating essential project documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as external regulations. - Assists the Senior Managers/Associate Directors/Directors of Project Management with the creation, implementation and control of multiple global and local drug development projects.
- Creates, maintains and disseminates essential documentation including project timelines, task lists, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, contact lists, budgets and external communications.
- Conducts ongoing data entry and maintenance for multiple internal development program databases.
- Drafts progress and budget reports and presentations for the project management team.
- Schedules and coordinates global and local project team meetings.
- Maintains departmental SOPs and internal processes.
- Assists the Director of Project Management with training and development activities for the department.
- Assist with any special projects as assigned
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or in healthcare
- Prior project coordination and/or administrative experience preferred
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (including Project, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines. Must be able to plan and manage multiple priorities
