Overview: Supports the Store with Human Resources functions at the administrative level. Provides administrative support to the Store Executives. Key Accountabilities: - provides administrative support to Store Executives
- processes invoice payments
- may assume Cash Office tasks
- maintains accurate and timely personnel record-keeping and processing
- assists Human Resources Manager by screening new applications and scheduling interviews
- schedules product training
- facilitates new hire training
- ensures accurate and timely completion of new hire paperwork, ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines
- communicates with Corporate Disability Office regarding FMLA and Workers Compensation issues
- assists in scheduling and assigning Sales Associates for work shifts
Skills Summary: - 4 year college degree preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong PC skills to include Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
- Human Resources experience desired (employment, training, development, coaching and counseling, compensation, benefits)
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft preferred
- Retail sales experience desired
- Flexible to be scheduled in support of retail hours
