A power company based in Sun Prairie has an opening for an entry level IT Tech. We're looking for a hardworking, highly motivated person to join our information technology team. WPPI Energy is looking for someone who has a great attitude, excellent desktop and server skills and is very customer service oriented. The person in this position will provide support to staff located at our corporate headquarters in Sun Prairie, as well as remote users. The IT technician will be responsible for supporting workstations and applications on an enterprise network level. The technician will work with a team of network and support professionals to maintain an efficient and reliable network environment for users. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, troubleshooting and technical skills. Minimum qualifications include a two-year degree in computer systems, business information systems or other related field of study. Applicant must be proficient in Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
