Baylor Health Care System is a not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare system with many care locations in the Dallas-Ft. Worth community.

The Nurse Educator assesses educational needs and competencies of Nursing Staff and develops, schedules, coordinates, and conducts educational programs for new and present Nursing Personnel within Unit. Educates and aids them in planning and developing educational programs to meet their own needs.

The Operating Room at Baylor All-Saints performs cases including: ENT, Neuro, Ortho, Vascular, GYN, Gen, Hearts and Transplant.

Baylor All Saints Medical Center's Transplantation Team performed its 500th transplant on Sept. 7 2007. As of that date, 165 liver, 317 kidney and 18 pancreas transplants had been performed since the program's 2002 inception.

Bachelors Degree required

MSN preferred Texas RN License 2 years of nursing experience in the OR required. BLS/CPR certification required. Previous educator experience preferred. Excellent presentation and communication skills required.
