Our client is a regional automotive parts/service retailer. They have recently been acquired and are in the process of making plans for some rapid growth. They have asked us to assist them in recruiting for several Store Manager and Assistant Manager positions in New Jersey and the Philadelphia market.
Location listed in this posting is for general geographic purposes. Company has over 100 stores in the New Jersey/New York markets so the openings are geographically commutable from the posted site.
Store Manager positions have a base salary (in the 40's), plus the opportunity for a weekly bonus. Bonus tied to exceeding weekly plans. Total comp can be in the 60k range.
Assistant Store Managers will have a base salary in the 30's. Training program available to fast track into Store Manager positions.

- Central New Jersey
- Philadelphia Area

Requirements:
- Previous StoreManager level experience with an automotive or hardlines retailer.
- Prefer Automotive experience.
- Must have strong contemporary retail experience.
