In short, we handle the administrative responsibilities of government agencies - managing an agency's mail and distribution center, running a copy center, delivering faxes, providing secretarial support, ordering and stocking supplies, and more. PBGS is currently seeking full time warehouse associates/drivers.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods
- Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials
- Examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage
- Removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment
- May operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties
- Manually loading or unloading freight cars, trucks, or other transporting devices
- Assist with loading and unloading of deliveries as needed
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume environment
- Handles sensitive documents in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
- Maintain all logs and reporting documentation as required
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Take direction from supervisor or site manager
- Participate in cross-training
- Adhere to all safety procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) license a plus
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year warehouse experience, including but not limited to stocking, inventory, forklift, delivery, and shipping and receiving required
- Valid driver's license with good driving record required
- Excellent communication skills
- Good credit history with no accounts currently in collections; (1) No past due debt beyond 120 days, and (2) No defaulted federal debt, unpaid collections, judgments and/or repossessions
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- Willingness to work overtime as required
- Ability to lift and maneuvering objects up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
