Clerical Coordinator/Telemetry Technician

Qualifications:
MUST BE EKG CERTIFIED.

Completion of basic arrhythmia course and/or successfully pass ECG test required.

Proof of Clerical Coordinator Course or equivalent hospital work experience (including knowledge of medical terminology).

H.S. diploma or equivalent.

Excellent customer services skills required.




Job Description:
Duties include: Monitoring Central ECG Station, responsible for cardiac transceivers/tele boxes; clerical organization within the unit including keeping files, processing of orders for tests, procedures and special requests; prioritizing and transcribing orders, answering the phone and greeting families and visitors.
