Summary Description:

IAC Consumer Applications & Portals – home to some of the most popular products, apps and destination sites on the web - is seeking a talented and self-motivated Graphic Designer to join our Creative team.

You will have the opportunity to contribute your graphic design skills to more than one of our core products, including our casual gaming/sweepstakes site (IWON.com) and our free screensavers product (PopularScreensavers.com).

Some of the varied design tasks you would be responsible for include icon design, promotional animations, email designs, splash pages, as well as some online marketing/advertising materials.

You should feel comfortable with Flash, Photoshop, and Illustrator with prior web design experience. Online marketing or information architecture experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Managers, Producers and Developers to design and implement interactive designs for IWON.com, PopularScreensavers.com, as well as new, upcoming products.
• Work to optimize marketing results
• Work on multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Become a central player in the Creative team.

Required Skills & Proficiency Levels:

Technical Skill Level –

• Knowledge of developing trends as they relate to online applications – both from the design and technology side
• Ability to keep up with latest design and editing software enhancements, and incorporate into your day-to-day workflow
• Deadline-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to optimize creative assets for online use
• Strong conceptual skills
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Strong typography skills
• Knowledge of color theory a plus

Required Experience:

• 2+ years experience designing in an online environment, experience in multimedia and a visual portfolio including URL's.
• Online marketing experience a plus.
• Formal training in design:
  • Flash 8
  • Adobe CS2 Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & Image Ready)
  • CSS & HTML
  • XHTML & Actionscript experience a plus
  • PC Environment
