JOB DESCRIPTION: Plans and implements activities to recruit new volunteers that support and enhance the organization's mission. Conducts surveys to determine needs which could be filled through volunteer services. Prepares position descriptions for volunteer assignments. Develops and implements motivation and recreation programs to acknowledge volunteer performance. Maintains communication with staff, auxiliary groups, and volunteer and community organizations. Assists with budget preparation and monitors expenses. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree. One year of experience which includes work with volunteer organizations and supervisory responsibilities.
