Asset Manager - Office Portfolio: MacInnis Ward & Associates

Our client is looking for an Asset Manager to join their team. The nationwide portfolio consists of office buildings, shopping centers, industrial property and apartments. This person will work through the full life-cycle of the asset including being an integral part of acquisition due diligence as well as the disposition process.

• Minimum of seven years Asset Management experience in office product required.
• Experience should include carrying out strategic goals at the property level through leasing and implementation/completion of capital improvements as well as completion of some development projects.
• Prior property management experience and managing due diligence processes are a “+”.
• Candidate must be a self starter with strong analytical and communication skills and have the ability to proactively recognize, investigate and communicate property level issues.
• Position entails working with the acquisition and disposition departments during the life of the asset.
• Position requires 25% travel.
• Position is located in New York City.

Base compensation $115K to $130K
