Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting engineering tests and detailed experimental testing to collect design data or assist in research work
- Performs engineering tests, detailed experimental testing or operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment
- May work with complex machines or computer system
- Exhibits an understanding of engineering application configuration and integration with the desktop
- Answers internal inquires and troubleshoots software and hardware failures either in person or on the phone
- Ensures systems and related equipment are in working condition
- Maintains records on repairs, down time, changes and updates
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma with a minimum of 8 years experience
- Proficient in Microsoft, UNIX, LINUX operating systems
This position requires the candidate to be able to already possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and to maintain the clearance
