Civil Engineer: APD Engineering and Architecture, PLLC

APD Engineering and Architecture, PLLC is currently looking for a civil engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in site engineering to join our team in our growing Mid-Atlantic Office in the Richmond , Virginia area!

The civil engineer will be working in a team environment on land development projects. You will be responsible for performing and directing the site development design and obtaining municipal/agency approvals. The position includes working for national commercial companies on projects throughout Virginia and adjoining states, as well as expansion projects throughout the eastern United States .

The applicant should be proficient at stormwater, sanitary, water, grading and general layout of commercial and residential projects. The applicant will be required to design projects within a computer-drafting environment.

Candidates should be creative and self-motivated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. To be considered, candidates should possess good communication skills. Professionally licensed is a plus.
