| Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Analyzing business processes to develop technological solutions including configuring, designing, implementing and testing JD Edwards (JDE) and related applications. · Provide business process and operational analysis in support of key business initiatives. · Process mapping, data acquisition and analysis, issue identification and resolution, and recommendation development and implementation. · Confers with development personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. · Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis. · Provide technical and analytical support of JDE and related applications · Provide Business Intelligence (BI) support through the design and development of analytical reports and application of interactive reporting tools. QUALIFICATIONS · Strong business knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne software with a focus on the Financial and Human Capital Management (HCM) Modules. · Should have experience in implementing enterprise IT applications, defining/mapping business processes, and understanding integration between various applications. · Should have significant exposure to a wide variety of business situations and demonstrated ability to conduct complete, accurate and insightful operational analysis. · Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare presentations to (and for) executives and senior management is required. · Demonstrated proficiency in spreadsheet and other software applications commonly used in business reporting and analysis; including Crystal Reports, Excel and Access.
Requirements: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE · Four year college degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience. · At least 3 years experience with JDE or similar ERP system.
