FACILITY INFORMATION

This position is accountable for assessing, designing, facilitating, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and community outreach for Mercy General Hospital (MGH) community members, with the goals of promoting physical wellness and self-care. This position is also accountable for being the internal and community leader and resources for complementary modalities of healthcare, supporting the integration of these therapies into patient care activities. This position ensures that all actions taken and methods to produce results incorporate and promote the CHW Mission, Vision, and Values and MGH values-based service standards.

2 years in health education related field. BSN required
