Complete Description Responsible for building /delivery of websites and applications using Microsoft .Net-based content mgt. systems. Provides support for development and operations of the Piedmont Clinic's website and quality performance management system. Works with stakeholders to execute system implementation, within aggressive and stringent timelines. Acts to identify, escalate and resolve potential issues and roadblocks in a prompt manner. Solution Development and Delivery: Implements and maintains Inter/Intranet Physician/Community systems. Develops new parsers; maintains / troubleshoots existing data warehouse parsers. Develops techniques for system problem analysis and resolution and maintains procedures; analyzes and resolves problems. Performs investigation, analysis, and evaluation to determine project feasibility. Assists in developing project cost and benefit estimates and alternatives; makes recommendations for new systems and/or changes. Prepares periodic and/or requested status reports on project progress and results. Documents and maintains records on problems / requests. Recognizes / identifies where policies and/or procedures require change, or need to be developed. Develops Intranet applications. Recommends, designs and implements solutions to automate Piedmont Clinic processes via web based technology and web form development. Documents use-cases for automating business processes through web based technologies. Provides training on Inter/ Intranet systems. Assists in physical and logical database design. Creates prototypes for client engagements. Designs, codes, and tests technical solutions. Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions. Project Execution: Develops internal /external meeting objectives and agendas; project deadlines and schedules. Modifies existing and /or develops new wire frames for the Piedmont Clinic website. Relational Databases: Demonstrates proficiency with advanced relational database concepts, as well as physical and logical database design. Writes effective stored procedures. Programming Skills: Creates effective XSL stylesheets. Reads and understands XML schemas. Develops in .Net (DNN a plus.) Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft web or application development environment Content Management Systems Analysis and specifications. Software development life cycle AJAX; VB.Net ; CSS Microsoft SQL Server 2005. Architecture: Demonstrates proficiency with client server and Internet systems architectures, object and component methodology and technology. Shares acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels. Actively contributes to internal programs for expanding the business requirements of the system. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred and at least three years of web development experience utilizing HTML, DHTML, VB, VB Script, ASP, SQL, XML, XSL, Java, and Java Script; Microsoft Certification an advantage. Ability to program in JAVA and HTML and experience with Apache application. Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, MS .Net, .Net based content management systems and configuration. Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written. Must be very organized, able to multi-task, and creative.
