Customer Service Specialist



firstPRO in Alpharetta is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist. This is an outstanding opportuntity with an elite medical company in the Alpharetta area. This is a top notch call center requiring accute accuracy and strong professionalism.

Summary of Job Functions:

  1. Learn to navigate laboratory information systems to identify cases and distribute final diagnostic reports to appropriate clients.
  2. Maintain and set-up new clients in the database.
  3. Fulfill client requests for specifice materials, schedule urgent and standard shipments as required.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs, worksheets and comments to database to assure immediate access to information.
  5. Provide support to several Directors and be able to obtain additional clinical history from clients, tracking cases and final reports.
  6. Be available for on-call duty to handle urgent calls from clients and CSI account managers.
  7. Candidates must act with a sense of urgency.

This position pays between $35K and $40K, depending upon experience. Candidates must be flexible with their shift and may be required to be on-call.
