ABENGOA BIOENERGY Abengoa Bioenergy, a world leader in the production of biofuels, has an ethanol manufacturing plant in Mt. Vernon, Indiana. Production began in October 2009, and we are currently recruiting for a Laboratory Technician. Job Duties * Collect Samples and conduct laboratory testing following established procedures * Record data accurately * Use laboratory equipment and instrumentation * Conduct water and wastewater treatment operations Necessary Skills * Operate laboratory equipment and instruments * Wet and Dry chemistry * Be familiar with standard laboratory techniques * Computer proficiency * Multi-tasking Education * Associate degree in related field preferred. High School diploma or equivalent with at least two years relevant experience will be considered. This is a full-time position working rotating shifts.
