Mailroom Supervisor: The Republican-Herald

General MAILROOM SUPERVISOR The Republican-Herald is seeking a full-time mailroom supervisor for its busy production facility. This is a hands-on leadership position in the mailroom department of the newspaper, handling inserting and packaging of the daily newspaper and other related products. Requirements: Minimum of a high school graduate Leadership, team building and coaching skills Ability to problem solve, think critically and develop these skills in others Technical skills to run, adjust and repair newspaper insertion and packaging equipment Experience in a production environment. Newspaper experience preferred but not required. Initiative and ability to thrive under deadlines Well-spoken individual with the ability to communicate, listen and problem solve Physically strong with the ability to lift 50 lbs. Position reports to the Mailroom Manager.
