Production Superintendent


Since 1966, Northwest Pipe Company has been a leading manufacturer of welded steel pipe. Through a carefully orchestrated growth strategy, the company has expanded its capabilities to become a national
presence in the pipe and tube industry. Our facility in Houston, Texas has an opportunity for a Production Superintendent.

Significant production supervisory/management background with tube mill operations. Working knowledge and experience with RS Logic, Panel View, PLC and Ladder Logic programs helpful.


Qualifications:
• Significant engineering or maintenance background with welded steel tube mills.
• Maintenance background, ability to troubleshoot and repair pipe mill process equipment.
• Broad knowledge of mechanical (bearings, small hydraulic systems, pneumatic controls, bridge cranes) and electrical.
• Intermediate computer skills;

• Looking for someone who enjoys training and mentoring young tube mill operators and professionals.
