Job Details:
- Oversees many functions related to intake, check-in, registration, pre-registration, insurance verification, financial counseling, cashier/customer service, and with the Lead Patient Access Representative. This includes, but is not limited to, daily managing to Key Performance Indicators; continuous process improvement, staff performance and development, training and education, and the development of policies and procedures and tolls to assist employees in the performance of their duties. Bachelor''s degree, associate''s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare setting preferred. Minimum three years supervisory or management experience.
