Primary Responsibilities:
- Analysis and Solution Definition:
- Quickly understands internal customer's business issues and data challenges
- Identifies customer organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement
- Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
- Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for customer requests.
- Technical Recommendation and Testing:
- Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design
- Leads testing efforts
- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
- Works with client personnel to identify required changes
- Communicates needed changes to development team
- Project Execution:
- Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
- Communicates and applies project standards
- Helps manage resources in accordance with project schedule
Consistently delivers high-quality services to customers
- Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project
- Communication:
- Assists in the facilitation of team and customer meetings
- Delivers informative, well-organized presentations
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance and/or computer science
- 3+ yrs experience using Peoplesoft Finance reporting applications such as (queries, envision, scheduling, process monitoring, notifications, and security).
- 3+ yrs experience performing financial data analysis.
- 3+ yrs experience in Finance and/or accounting functional areas working with financial statements and reporting.
Asset:
Familiarity working with all aspects of the SDLC
