The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in all facets of residential maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, as well as chillers and boilers. We are also looking for someone who has experience dealing with contractors, producing estimates and supervising. High rise building experience is a plus.
