Customer Support Representative

Datamax Office Systems, a division of Sumner Group Inc, is one of the nation’s largest suppliers of Canon office technologies and has an opportunity for an experienced professional to join our exceptional sales force as a Customer Support Representative.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and building customer relationships.
  • Receiving and processing orders via email, phone, and the web.
  • Creating Excel spreadsheets to develop price quotes and keep track of invoices.
  • Entering new equipment into the database and create reports for customers.
  • Weekly visits to customer sites to deliver product, keep track of inventory, and gather information on new equipment.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage high volume of work
  • Above average computer knowledge
