We are currently recruiting for an experienced MDS Coordinator (RN) in long term care for our skilled nursing facility in Louisville, KY.
Minimum qualifications: Must have current RN nursing license in KY, 2+ years experience in MDS in the LTC setting, ability to handle multiple assignments and issues, excellent communication and organizational skills a must and the ability to be work independently, as well as in a team environment.
