Harrisonburg Health & Rehabilitation Center in Harrisonburg , VA , is currently recruiting for a RN Clinical Unit Manager. We are looking for an energetic RN with experience in long-term care; above average clinical skills and managerial experience to manage a 60 bed unit ( Harrisonburg Health & Rehab is a 180 bed facility located in the heart of Harrisonburg, VA). The qualified candidate will also be responsible for corporate and regulatory compliance pertaining to all aspects of nursing care delivery, process, systems, policies, and procedures.

Must possess a VA license from the VBON or be able to obtain licensure from the Board.
