QSPs are part-time employees who perform PC (laptop and desktop) service calls during the day. Calls are typically conducted Monday through Friday during general business hours. QSPs work directly with the customer to schedule the service call, which allows for a great deal of flexibility! If you want to be part of this experience, then apply today!

Our talented Qualxserv Service Partners should have:

• Knowledge of IBM & Dell computer equipment
• Must have an A+ Certification (or obtain one within 90 days after employment)
• Vehicle w/ registration & insurance
• Knowledge of/Experience in PC/Laptop repair
• Ability to travel to customer location
• Ability to lift and, or move various computer equipment
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and initiate action.
• Must be able to pass criminal background and driving investigation
