Pace Analytical is currently accepting resumes for a technical recruiter. This person will be working in a recruiting department that specializes in scientists such as chemists and microbiologists.

Description:

Write job ads and post jobs (internal, web, print, etc)
Review resumes submitted for open positions
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
Work with hiring managers by recommending qualified candidates and arrange subsequent interviews
Attend job/career fairs and meet with career services offices
Work with managers and supervisors to identify needs and potential candidates

Requirements:
