Want to be rewarded ? Looking for a Challenge? Join our teams working in treatment programs for DYS court assigned male adolescents. Currently, we are hiring in Dorchester. We are seeking a energetic, motivated, creative & caring Youth Workers and supervisors.

Canidates will ensure required programming is followed; maintain safety and security of program. Maintain proper documentation and communication with administration. Positive role modeling with energy and creativity required. Must be able to handle the physical requirements of the job.

Experience working with male adolescents, possess good oral and writing skills, advocacy and group facilitation skills and will be capable of working within a well structured treatment oriented environment.

Due to the nature of the services, there is a need to ensure gender balanced shifts.

Agency will provide all required training, including First Aid, CPR & CPI. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid MA driver’s license.

Candidates must be 21 years of age and possess a valid MA drivers’ license. Will train in the Juvenile Justice system. Competitive salary along w/ an outstanding benefit package including health/dental/life, tuition reimbursement & 3 weeks vacation.
