POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:
· Ensure an exceptional customer experience by effectively managing the established PictureMe Portrait Studio photography standards and sales process
· Create, foster, and ensure a team culture focused on positive employee morale, exemplary photography, superior customer satisfaction, and strong sales results
· Create, foster, and ensure effective relationships with the Regional Director as well as within the PictureMe Portrait Studio enterprise, assigned Region, CPI Corporate Office, and Host Store Management
· Accepts accountability for the achievement of the District goals
· Attracts, recruits and hires effective Studio Managers and establishes continuous succession planning from the Studio Associate level to the Studio Manager level
· Effectively motivate, manage, and mentor Studio Managers by monitoring, evaluating, analyzing, and measuring performance and leadership competencies
· Establishes and communicates the goals and objectives of the studio to the Studio Manager, holding them accountable for the achievement of these goals
· Assures compliance of the Studio Manager and their associates in all areas of studio processes and company policy, through regular routine visits and audits
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· A minimum of 3 - 5 years multi-unit retail and sales management experience
· High School Diploma or higher
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Proven success in driving sales and profitability
· Demonstrated superb leadership skills
· Interest in photography (experience a plus but not required)
· Reliable Transportation
· Basic Computer Skills
