The Registered Nurse is responsible for direct patient care under the provisions of the Mass. State Practice Act. The Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with the other health care disciplines to deliver holistic patient care. The Registered Nurse assesses and delegates appropriate assignments to LPNs and unlicensed personnel, requirements include current RN MA licensure, CPR certification, medical surgical experience a positive attitude, flexibility and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
