We presently have an excellent opportunity for an Interactive Marketing Project Manager. This position is based in our Fort Worth, TX headquarters which is located at Alliance, 15 miles north of Downtown Fort Worth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)
Works closely with product management to understand brand strategies and objectives
Project Management of interactive marketing tactics to ensure that each:
· Is coordinated effectively between external agencies and internal teams
· Is executed on time and within budget
· Meets the objective of the internal marketing team
· Is reviewed and approved by multiple internal teams (including marketing, medical, legal, and regulatory)
· Is measured for effectiveness
· Is reviewed for usability and accuracy
· Is coordinated as needed with internal technical team
Respond to consumer inquiries/complaints, demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skills
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
BS/BA required. Five years project management experience in a corporate or agency setting required. Demonstrated proficiency in project management is required for this position. Online marketing experience and/or knowledge of online marketing best practices is preferred. Prescription drug, medical device/equipment and/or pharmaceutical companyexperience is beneficial, but not required. Must be proficient with MS Office and web tools.
