Coventry Heath Care is currently seeking candidates for the following rewarding positions in our Salt Lake City office: Associate Service Operations Specialist
Responsible for one or more aspects of service including but not limited to, processing payments, adjustments, group reconciliation and resolving customer concerns within a team environment while meeting or exceeding customer service requirements.
Job Requirements include:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to maintain production levels and quality goals
- Accounts receivable, payment application or collections experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of health care industry and products
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Uphold, practice and abide by all DOI, CMS and other regulatory guidelines
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook. Able to understand and demonstrate basic computer navigational skills in other applications including but not limited to internet. - Required to pass a battery of job-related tests administered prior to employment
