Job Description

The Project Manager is a critical role reporting to the Client Account Manager.  This role will be responsible for managing existing litigation support projects near our client site and be located in the Wilmington, DE or Philadelphia, PA and/or New York City area.  The candidate will be required to be onsite at either client location full-time.

This position is responsible for providing administrative, technical and operational integration of litigation support technology to our client.  Duties will include working directly with internal clients to define requirements and then organize and manage case-related documents.  This includes needs analysis; project design; development of specifications and budget; application training; project oversight and status reporting; change management; the review and loading of information into litigation databases; and coordination of all communications with litigation team regarding all aspects of the project.

 

Required Skills

 

  • Ability to offer support and consulting services to clients, including tracking of data and creation, maintenance and distribution of status reports
  • Ability to analyze and solve a wide variety of complex and challenging issues
  • Ability to work as part of a highly trained team of technical and business professionals
  • Ability to work with clients to apply legal technology solutions to business problems
  • Familiarity and experience with Litigation Support Software and its practical applications
  • Previous experience working in the Litigation Support department of a major law firm and/or Litigation Support vendor.

Required Experience

Our ideal candidate will possess a B.A. degree, paralegal certificate or equivalent, and project management training or certification. 4+ years litigation experience, 2+ years as a technology projects manager preferred; minimum of 2 years coordinating the development and implementation of automated applications to litigation matters or comparable experience required. Experience with litigation support databases is required. In addition, candidates should have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a team-oriented work style
