Position Overview:


Reporting to the Senior Global Category Manager - Services and Solutions, you will help develop and implement projects and programs to grow a global services business supporting both a value added product sales and service strategy as well as an integrated solutions strategy which is made up of medical devices, software and services. Key Responsibilities:

Creating and implementing programs that support the Global Services strategy and product set, you will help implement a portfolio and product roadmap of service products based on customer needs and competitive offerings. Your background with products having flexible architecture, comprehensive connectivity and remote device management, will help you to create competitive service road maps that exploit these attributes with differentiated service offerings. You will also help to drive traditional service programs such as EOL/EOSL trade-in, Telesales and renewal programs, Sales promotions for services, and instant up-grade programs. Your upstream marketing skills will support development of successful business models of service initiatives. This effort includes "go-to-market" tactics and programs for service products and software licensing as well as pricing strategy, refinement of warranty terms & extension contracts, optimizing both adoption and profitability. Other responsibilities will include development with marketing communications of key messaging for services (including promotion, training and launching service products) and partnering with sales to assure compelling service product value propositions to customers. You will engage with product development teams to provide service product specifications to influence product designs which enable service products and service delivery meeting customer needs.

Required Background:

Services Marketing experience in an IT or medical device company where you provided service marketing expertise while contributing to the development of traditional, professional, software services is required for success. Services Program and Project management experience is strongly desired along with Services sales experience and a technical background Experience in helping a product company successfully transition to a product and solutions company is a real plus Welch Allyn - What a Career Should Feel Like.
